Cute Block Plants Warranty Terms

Thank you for choosing Cute Block Plants for your plastic block creations. We take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer the following warranty terms:

Duration: We do not specify a warranty duration as we understand sometimes these products are purchased as gifts and might not be opened by the intended recipient right away. But the longer the time from purchase the less likely the warranty will be validated.

Coverage: Cute Block Plants warrants our plastic block creations against defects in materials and poor quality workmanship. If you discover any such defects, we will, at our discretion, replace the product free of charge or provide a refund.

Conditions: To qualify for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

The product must have been used for its intended purpose and cared for according to our provided instructions.
Any defect or poor quality workmanship must not have resulted from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental damage.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Claim Process:

In most cases we need photographic evidence and clear detailed description. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned to us for qualified inspection and review. Please wait for further instructions before returning the item.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.
Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance.
Modifications or alterations made to the product by anyone other than Cute Block Plants.
Colour fading from exposure to the sun/UV is clearly not a warrantable claim.
Melted blocks have been exposed to extreme temperatures, this is also not a warrantable claim. Deformed blocks that could potentially happen as part of manufacturing are valid.

Incidental or consequential damages.

Rights under Australian Consumer Law: This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this warranty affects those rights.

Cute Block Plants Returns Policy

At Cute Block Plants, we want you to be delighted with your plastic block creations. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return an item. Please review our returns policy below:

Approved Returns Only: We accept returns for defective or faulty products covered under our warranty terms (as outlined in our warranty policy). To initiate a return, please follow the instructions provided in our warranty policy.

Exchanges for Changes of Mind: Please note that we do not typically offer exchanges or refunds for changes of mind or incorrect product selection. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance in choosing the right product, feel free to contact us before placing your order. In the cases we do accept the return the following applies:

The re-stocking fee is 30% of the purchase price.
You must communicate the return to us within 7 days of receiving the order
You must send the goods back at your expense, you are liable for shipping and please advise us the tracking number. If we do not receive the goods within 7 days from the date the goods are sent we reserve the right to reject the claim.
And the goods must be received back to us in perfect packaged condition with all components. Please do not try to return any packets of blocks that have been opened or tampered with in any way - these are non-returnable.

The only acceptable product return is that the box might have the original box sealing opened and some very minor crinkles from shipping.

Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or are outside the scope of our warranty policy.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-warranty returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your returned item.
