Please find our "Cute Block Plants" rules and conditions of entry for our Competitions, Prizes & Giveaways here. "Event" or "events" means any "Competitions, Prizes & Giveaways".

 

  • All entries into events must have adult (18 years or over) consent or supervision to enter.

  • If your entry is not filled in correctly it could be void.

  • All events are open to Australian residents only.

  • Prizes are posted via regular post, free of charge (at our cost) from the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia and will be issued in a timely manner (you should receive your prize within 10 days) We will issue tracking information to you as soon as it is sent.

  • You must submit your postcode only when entering any of the events.

  • Some events are awarded at random and other might be by timeframe.

  • Winners first names and postcodes are posted on social media.

  • Prizes are warranted against defects but are non-refundable for monetary value. In some cases (subject to our discretion) store credit might be offered.

  • All events comply with Queensland government "Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999", Category 1 games (no licence required). 

  • All "Cute Block Plants" standard "Terms & Conditions" and other "Policies" apply.

  • Prize winners are notified by SMS text and email, we will try multiple times to contact you by these methods only. If you do not claim the prize after strictly 7 days we will issue the prize to a new winner.
